EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

We're not a professional choir, but we make a professional sound. The Groove Chorus is people's happy place to get away from the stresses of work or studies and feel like the main character! 

There's no audition process to join us, we're aimed at people who studied singing at school/college/uni but let adulthood get in the way of pursuing it further. Some people read music fluently, some people not at all. 

Rehearsals are fast paced but we do teach all of the notes and learn everything off by heart in rehearsals. 

All of our arrangements are custom made for us, and we perform our gigs with an 8 piece pro band. Weekly rehearsals are with your musical director and piano, running songs with a track at the end. 

We're not a religious choir. We're lovers of double denim. We swear sometimes in our songs. Everybody is welcome as long as you are groovy with the above!
